Dog droppings may not, but guinea pig droppings do. My lawn is waaay greener since I got one for my son (for my son, I love this excuse.) Jessie, about the spider. As I've said before I go out of my way NOT to kill, however a potentially deadly arachnid is totally different than a cat, even a feral ...

Tube Dude, I find this type of "humour" distasteful, grotesque, and completely out of line in a discussion of such profound meaning and dire urgency. You're complete lack of sensitivity and couth only serves to remind us of the appalling nature of humanity and the utter cruelty which it im...

I must agree w/ WW. My Susato is about 1/4 again as loud as my Cheiftan, but I still won't play it unless prodded w/ a hot iron.
The Cheiftan's tone is much nicer.

Martin, Good man. I as well do whatever necescary to avoid (consciously) killing anything, unless I'm gonna eat it. BOTOH, (I can't help playing devil's advocate) If someone else wiants to kill a spider for me, I won't stop 'em. Except my son 'cause he's too young to need to start building up his ba...

Bob, you are absolutely correct. These types of things COMPLETELY ignore the overwhelming good that these professionals do for their community. That's what makes it funny. If you really expected a few priests to electrocute their parish into volunteering, then it wouldn't be a joke. Three Methodists...

People eat weird things. Anybody have calf fry?
MMMmmmm calf fry good.
A little flour, salt, and pepper, and into the deep frier. 45 sec. later, bite size snacks for the kiddies.

I personally like the "Plopp" and use it as much as possible as I find it very reminiscent of the Uillean pipe "knee" break. Not many "pure drop"s will say it's OK. But you know what, I've about had it up to here with so-and-so saying what's acceptable and what isn't. I...

Rule:
If the snotty flute player (every session has one) tells you noone can hear his playing over you, flick your Cheiftan drool in the bodhran player's pint and tell him the flute player did it.
