Yes, psychology is the answer, Bob is a sick, sick man! Nevertheless so is the Batman, but he is able to take quite a bite out of crime in Gotham as Bob is able to make beautiful music, and I'm sure, facilitate the learning of wondrous potential whistlers.

I use Cakewalk express. It's available at http://www.cakewalk.com for ~$29. It's user friendly and has a lot of fun features. I usually use MusicMatch (which is free) to convert the files.

I see your point Rich, however I didn't mean to imply that handing out a printed list of tunes was a "clear message" that outsiders weren't allowed. On the contrary I would view that as an invitation to play. There is also the communication issue. Many places do not have different levels o...

Hey friends,
I've searched the major sources (JC's, WWW index, etc.) and come up empty handed! Can anyone point me to the following tunes in ABC format?

Bridie Morley's Favorite (reel)
Katie Scollard's Slide
Tom Moran's Fancy (slide)

Thanks in advance,
Bill

StevieJ-when you see a Generation on sale, and try it out, what do you do and what kinds of things do you listen for? Do you play scales or certain tunes? How do you know what can be fixed with a little tweaking and what is beyond tweaking. I've bought a couple of excellent whistles and a couple of ...
