SOLD Seery Delrin
... am parting with this lovely Seery Delrin flute. It is a beautiful instrument with a strong tone, and I guess this flute has been discussed sufficiently in various threads. I bought it two years ago second hand, but after a few months of intense playing I find that it's just not for ...

... maybe have a go at some Hotteterre, leclair etc. I find it hard nowadays to cover the bigger holes on an "Irish" flute due to having had hand surgery, so I thought I'd do better with the smaller traverso holes. I'll give it a couple of months, then, if no joy, back to my Boehm system! ...

... using normal drill bits because they made a mess of things too many times, and I personally don't mind not having perfect circles as I like the hand-crafted look. The burrs are still overly aggressive, so it would be good to have something a bit less so. If I had more money to fling at tools, ...

For Sale: Casey Burns standard Blackwood Folk Flute
I am looking at selling my Case Burns Folk Flute. It is made of African blackwood. It is his standard model with straight holes. There is nothing wrong with the flute itself. I would like to sell it because the spacing is a bit much for my hands. I am switching to a small hand, ergonomic version.

... haven't really thought that far ahead. Is there a price that you are thinking about? I am mostly in the process of finding or trading for a small-hand, ergonomic version of the same flute (as well as looking for a good Delrin flute). Do you have one to trade or sell?
