That is a singularly insulting and ridiculous quote. Unless of course you are meaning it as Military Justice being every bit as good as normal justice, and in fact the foundation of a lot of talented and singular judges (or lawyers). I doubt you are.

I could easily name three trumpeters who were hailed as great, who had their foundation in military band music. And that's just trumpeters. (well, cornet players, too)
