I don't know if you already put this, but it's one of my favorite videos, very hilarious and the whistler is very good!

i accidentally made the backing track (loop station) waaay too fast so i flubbed it a little bit and ended up just messing around on guitar, but i figured id post it ( playing whistle for 6 months )

- carolans draught fingerstyle guitar

I'm just beginning in ITM, though i've been playing for 6 years on other instruments

I've just (last week) opened myself a YouTube account/page and have stuck up a few vids, some of them arising from C&F discussions on both Flute and Whistle Fora, some of which are intended as demo/teaching aids (flute & whistles), some of which are just tunes played for their own sake. Here's a new one - some very stock session favourites - on high D whistle: The Leitrim Fancy/The Humours of Dingle(a.k.a. Whelan's)/Morrison's.

That was excellent, jemtheflute!! I enjoyed your version of Morrison's too much. The variations that you do are great.

Not on youtube, and I'm not sure if it's been posted yet, but I don't imagine anyone is going to mind either way:

Here's a link to a new vid clip of The Queen of the Rushes I've just done trying to demonstrate C natural fingering ("my way"!) on both whistles and flute, further to a discussion on this forum. Feedback gratefully received, both on its usefulness as a teaching/demonstration thing and (if you must :D ) on my (dodgy at times) playing.

Sheesh, the man's pinkies sure come high off that whistle! Who knew a Susato could sound like that? ;)

I like this one with the three low whistles:

Nicely done! I know a LOT of work went into that. Especially impressive that you learned all 4 parts by ear. Thanks for sharing with us.
