Its the well known Hungarian Uilleann pipers Gyorgyi and her twin sister Gyorgyyike

If I'm not very much mistaken, the pretty piper is Miki Németh's daughter Anna.
And YES, all pipers are pretty, they are very much like myself, as Miki will (hopefully) most willingly confirm, as he is one of the very few in this forum who know me to see.

The blue-shirt man is Michael Carr. I met him in a pub session in Miltown Malbay.
