Sometimes communicating is the hardest thing we do. I learned that a long time ago and am reminded of that way too often. All of us are expecting this is going to all work out for you.

Keep at them Bertie. Things are definitely improving.

Well, finally something is happening.
Today I got an email from the chef the clinique, that they had a team meeting yesterday about my situation and decided there is going to be an appointment with himself, the audiologist and me.
Let's see what happens.

you are real sweeties.
so far, nothing happened but maybe they need more time to get it right? ;)

two weeks ago I was asked to come for an appointment but unfortunately that was the ONLY day in that week I couldn't go.
someone had cancelled an appointment then.
but I had to visit a specialist with my youngest (14) daughter.........

things are eating away on me those days, makes my emotions go like a rollercoaster.
I do realize that this october I was planning a party, as that was one year after the surgery date. I rather feel like a mourning lots of days.
could let the hospital know an ultimatum but what's the use of that?
more and more I am thinking about the complaints commission of the hospital and tell them the whole story.......just don't have the energy right now for it.
like I said, it's eating on me........how do I keep myself inspired and keep going?

One day at a time, one foot in front of the other, and the sure knowledge that you've lots of friends and well-wishers out here in the ether. Hopefully your efforts will benefit you, but even if they don't, they will likely benefit someone else, who may find an easier time of it because you paved part of the way.

You continue to be in my heart and prayers.

I still believe they'll fix things. I also still believe they'll take an extra interest in you because you're a musician.

believe it or not.
my boss actually managed to get hold of the appointment desk in the hospital yesterday (on phone) and she let them know I am DESPERATE (no exaggeration).
then this morning I received an email that THIS FRIDAY 13.00 I have an appointment with both chef clinique and audiologist at the same time.

please burn all the candles you have, send truckloads of clovers, blessings, anything else you can think of.
I need them.........believe me when I say I will be bloody nervous.
my boss promised to try and come with me.
she used to work in hospitals so she knows the system.
