Well, maybe it is, maybe it isn't. There's no way of telling, all the bits seem to be there in the photograph, including a non matching mount on the middle drone and an untypical wooden reed cap. But any set of pipes you buy, or anything from donedeal for that matter, you go and check it out thoroughly before you put down your money.

You can wonder why a set of pipes for sale in Listowel didn't come out to the tionol last month(or maybe it did and I didn't see it, I was probably a bit pre-occupied with the concert most of the time I was there) but if I had been in the market for an old concert set I'd have put in a call last night (instead of posting here) and done the short trip to Listowel to have a look first thing this morning. It's the only way to really find out what the story is.
