Well, the numbers are the codes for the colors red and blue.

"All your bases are belong to us" is a classic example of "Engrish" (i.e., badly mangled English) from an old video game...geeks get a major kick out of it.

Actually, I guessed about the codes for red and blue...but I apparently missed that whole "all your base" epoch.

And this isn't me "per se" (just my hand), but it's what I do when I get bored and have lots of extra sticky putty laying around (I wish I could find blue like everybody seems to use but I can only find white):
