When you're George Clinton, you don't need to get noticed (anymore). I think he just likes that look.

I was going to post a photo of Jan Crouch in her pink wig, but considering how badly things have gone for them in the past year or so... I think the wig is the least of the Crouches' problems. Well... not the absolute least... it's pretty big.

Some excellent images here. Enough to start a "bad hair" website. If there isn't one already.

Bloomfield - That's Slade I believe.

Not the styling. I just enjoy collecting the evidence.

Does the guy on the far right look like Rick Moranis, or what?

And the guy on the left looks like John Candy.

And the guy second from the left looks like Joe Flaherty.

And the guy in the middle looks like Eugene Levy.

And the guy second from the right looks like Dave Thomas.

Wait -- I think there's a pattern here.

My all-time favorite SCTV sketch was their version of Jane Eyre, in which the part of Mr. Rochester was played by Joe Flaherty, I think, dressed in the proper English country style, but using the persona of Jack Benny's Rochester, with that great Eddie Anderson voice and all. Hysterical.

I loved SCTV. It didn't air until 1 a.m. here though, after SNL, so I had to stay up to watch. i remember being anxious in '82 when going on a vacation to Italy that I would have to miss episodes.

Edith Prickley, Guy Caballero, Johnny LaRue, Jackie Rogers, Jr. Jerry Todd... so many memories.
How do you prepare for the end of the world?
